To uphold and implement the policies of the Institute at the District level

To hold regular meetings of the Society and organize conferences, trainings, seminars and workshops for the members

To support professional and student members

To uphold the tenets of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in the District

To act as information resource center for ICAN members that newly migrated to USA

To organize events such as the Annual Dinner, Annual General Meeting (AGM), etc.
